• Usage data — API request counts, timestamps (for rate limiting).
• IP address — for playground rate limiting and abuse prevention.
• Payment information — processed by Paddle (our payment processor). We do not store credit card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To deliver and maintain our API services.
• To send you your API key and service-related communications.
• To enforce rate limits and prevent abuse.
• To process payments (handled by Paddle).

3. What We Do NOT Do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not track you across other websites.
• We do not send marketing emails (only transactional).
• We do not store the content you process through our APIs (QR data, PDF content, etc.) beyond the time needed to generate your response.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely with encryption at rest. API request content is processed in-memory and not persisted. Usage counters are retained for 48 hours.

5. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party providers for:

• Payment processing
• Cloud hosting and infrastructure
• Transactional email delivery

These providers only receive the minimum data necessary to perform their function. We do not share your data with any other third parties.

6. Data Retention

• API key data: retained while your account is active.
• Usage counters: automatically deleted after 48 hours.
• Email address: retained until you request deletion.

7. Your Rights

You may request:

• Access to your personal data.
• Deletion of your account and associated data.
• Export of your data.

8. GDPR Compliance
